Nacogdoches Police officers arrested a 43-year-old man on an outstanding warrant on Thursday in connection to allegations that he exposed himself to two teenage girls, ages 13 and 17, who were working a donation booth at Walmart.

David Glyn Woodard Jr., of Nacogdoches, is still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a state-jail felony charge of indecency with a child. No bail amount was available at 11:45 a.m.

According to the arrest affidavit, the incident occurred on Oct. 17. Two teenage girls were working a donation booth at the Walmart Supercenter located at 4810 North Street, and on separate occasions, a vehicle driven by a man later identified as Woodard approached them and began asking about the charity, the affidavit stated.

Both girls told police that Woodard had his pants unzipped and open, and he was masturbating, the affidavit stated.
