ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - The Angelina County Sheriff's Office has charged a Lufkin man in connection to sexual abuse of a then three-year-old child eight years ago.
McStarling Alexander, 27, is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault of a child.
According to an arrest affidavit, a woman told a deputy on Oct. 15 that her daughter told her Alexander sexually assaulted her in 2006.
A forensic interviewer at Harold's House interviewed the 11-year-old girl on Oct. 20. The girl explained Alexander sexually assaulted her several times when she was three years old.
On Oct. 21, an investigator interviewed Alexander, who gave a polygraph exam, which showed he was deceptive, according to the affidavit.
The affidavit states when Alexander was asked about the allegations, he said, "From what I can remember, it was nothing like that; that I can remember."
