Trio Facing Felony Charges

by Donna McCollum

An adult and two teens wanted for a crime spree earlier this week have now been arrested and are facing felony charges.

The oldest in the group is 21-year-old Carrie Garrett. He's charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and two counts of burglary.

Two other young men face the same charges. They're Anthony Mims Jr.,17, and a 14-year-old juvenile who will most likely spend Christmas in a juvenile detention facility.

Police say the trio robbed a pizza delivery man on West Main St. They are also accused of burglarizing two homes just a few hours later.
