Fireworks Are Back

If you haven't noticed yet, fireworks stands are back on the sides of East Texas roads.

Because the stands are in such convenient roadside locations, they are attractive targets for burglars. That forces many workers at these stands to camp out for the 12 day's they're open.

Emily Montgomery, a fireworks stand worker said, "we had Christmas in the camper this year. My family came down with carloads of presents and we just did Christmas in a small camper, but we were all together so it was great."

Emily says living in the camper isn't that bad, but she says she is still thankful that it's only for 12 days.
