One Texas man has built the ultimate man cave in East Texas, complete with a 15 car garage, a boat house and a Texas-size pool.
In 2003, Brad Stephen purchased a six-acre lake front property with the idea of someday turning it into the ultimate man cave.
It's up for sale for just $3 million dollars.
Realtor and friend Tim Surratt said it has taken Stephen roughly 10 years to make this place a reality. The Livingston property has a garage big enough to hold 15 cars.
"The garage has all of Brad's exotic cars, tools and workshop," said Surratt.
In addition to the spacious garage, there is a media room, game room, boat house and multiple outdoor fire pits. However, the most impressive amenity on the property is the Texas-size pool, which Surratt said is the focal point of the property.
"The pool is 10 times the size of an average pool," Surratt said. "It cost the Brad close to a million dollars to build."
The 180,000 gallon pool is complete with hammocks, multiple fire pits, a slide, jacuzzi, and a lazy river. However, Surratt said the best part about the pool is that it has an amazing view of Lake Livingston.
So what was the inspiration for this pool?
"Brad has told me that his kids drew on a napkin the pool they wanted and he made it a reality," Surratt said.
It would make sense that the Stephen's pool would be "the granddaddy" of all pools. His family owns a company that builds and customizes pools.
There's one catch, it has just about everything but an actual house.
The new buyer will have to settle for the property's 6,400 square foot barndominium, which is a metal building with inside living quarters.
However, Surratt said there is plenty of room for the buyer to build a house.
