In The Kitchen: Ultra Light Eggnog

Ingredients:
1 qt. Milk
1 cup Eagle brand milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 dash of salt
1 pint whipping cream
2 eggs

Method:
1.Beat whipping cream in a bowl until stiff in a separate bowl, mix eggs until well blended.
2.Add Eagle brand milk, vanilla and salt into the blended eggs and mix together.
3.After mixture is thoroughly blended add whipping cream mixture and mix using a spatula (do not whip or use mixer).
4.Serve and top with nutmeg for flavor.
