NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Investigators with the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office are seeking the public's help in finding the suspect or suspects that were involved in three recent thefts from area well service companies.
Between Oct. 20 and Oct. 21, a suspect or suspects took a red and black, one-ton Dodge pickup with a 20-foot, black Trailmaster trailer from the Wanda Drilling Company on US 59 North. A 2004 Kubota tractor with a front-end loader and backhoe was on the trailer when it was stolen.
Thieves stuck the Wanda Drilling Company again between Nov. 27 and Nov. 28. This time, the thieves stole diesel fuel from a truck. They also stole about 200 gallons of gasoline from a storage tank, several sets of tools, a Craftsman tool box, a chainsaw, and a black 5-foot, bumper-pull trailer.
NCSO deputies were dispatched out to a well site on County Road 148 on Dec. 2. On that date, someone forcibly entered a storage container and removed several sets of Craftsman tools and 20 to 30 gallons of diesel fuel.
