NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office has charged a Timpson man following an investigation into his alleged sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
Jonathan Wesley Carrillo, 21, is charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child and third-degree enticing a child.
According to the arrest affidavit, investigators began looking into the case on Nov. 19 after a woman reported catching her daughter sneaking back into the house in the early morning hours. The investigation revealed the girl had left her home and had sex with Carrillo in his truck, according to the affidavit.
On Dec. 3, an investigator interviewed Carrillo, who admitted to having sex with the girl. He also admitted to fondling her in August 2013.
Carrillo is being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a collective bond of $140,000.
