When Nacogdoches County's Precinct 4 constable's office went to serve a felony warrant on a Lufkin woman at her home Wednesday, they allegedly recovered 3.5 grams of methamphetamine, pills, and drug paraphernalia.

Stacy Nicole Sanches, 33, is still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a second-degree felony charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Her bail has been set at $25,000.

According to Pct. Constable David Stone, his department worked together with Angelina County Sheriff's Office deputies to serve the arrest warrant at her residence in the 100 block of Homer Cemetery Road. During the arrest, they found 3.5 grams of meth, pills, and drug paraphernalia at the residence, Stone said.

The warrant was the result of a combined investigation by the Precinct 4 constable's office and the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office. The initial offense occurred on Aug. 19.
