Police: Nacogdoches man pulls knife on girlfriend, her son

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Nacogdoches police arrested a Nacogdoches man accused of hitting his girlfriend and pulling a knife on her and her son Thursday morning.

Patrick Sims, 49, of Nacogdoches, is charged with second-degree aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to the police report, a person called dispatch at 7:45 a.m. from the 300 block of Ellington Street and said that Sims hit his mother and pulled a knife on him and his mother and threatened to kill them both.
