LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A lufkin man was arrested late Friday night for Driving While Intoxicated after he rolled his truck and was allegedly ejected from the vehicle.
Troopers with the Department of Public Safety said Gary Breland, 35 of Lufkin, was traveling on Bethlehem road Friday night around 9:45 when he lost control and rolled his chevy pickup near Porter road.
One witness on scene told troopers that it appeared Breland was ejected from the vehicle but was able to walk around.
evidence of alcohol consumption was found in the truck. After a field sobriety test, Breland was arrested on scene for driving while intoxicated.
As of midnight, Breland had not finished his booking process into the Angelina County Jail.
