According to ESPN, Detroit Lions Ndamukong Suh has been suspended for Sunday's wild-card playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys.
The defensive tackle was suspended the day after Suh intentionally stepped on Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers' leg twice.
The NFL released a statement saying, "Suh unnecessarily stepped on [the] opponent's unprotected leg as he lay on the ground unable to protect himself."
Suh has decided he will appeal the suspension in front of Ted Cottrell. If the appeal is not granted and the Lions lose their game Sunday, it may be Suh's last time in Detroit as he will be a free agent at the end of this season.
