NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - A Nacogdoches County judge sentenced a 55-year-old woman to 20 years in prison for setting up a sexual encounter between her boyfriend and an underage girl in 2011.
Wanda Lynn Pack, of Crockett, appeared in Judge Campbell Cox's 145 Judicial District Courtroom Friday for a sentencing hearing. In a previous hearing back in November, Pack pleaded guilty to a second-degree felony sexual assault of a child charge.
Pack and Eric Griffin Moore, 45, of Broaddus, were both arrested in February 2014. Moore was also charged with second-degree felony sexual assault of a child. Moore was sentenced to 18 years in prison on Dec. 15, 2014.
According to the arrest affidavit, a Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office investigator received a video disk of an interview with a 16-year-old girl that occurred at Harold's House in Nacogdoches.
In the video, the alleged victim told the forensic interviewer that sometime in 2011, she was at a residence with Pack when the woman came to the girl's room and said Pack's boyfriend wanted the girl to experience oral sex, "but it was up to her if she wanted to do it."
The affidavit stated that the girl got angry that she was asked to do something like that and said no. In the video, the alleged victim said she thought about it and then changed clothes before she went into Pack's bedroom.
Once the alleged victim was in the room, Pack allegedly rubbed lotion on the girl's shoulders. Moore "rubbed everywhere else," according to the affidavit. Then Moore allegedly molested the girl.
