Angelina Co. Sheriff's deputies arrest 3 suspects in rash of car burglaries

ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

Following a rash of burglaries occurred in the Hudson and Pollok area, Angelina County Sheriff's deputies started patrolling the area, and caught three suspects after they found a suspicious vehicle.

The three suspects, Dayrien Driver, 20, Chadwick Garrett, 18, and JaMarcus Suell, 20, were all booked into the Angelina County Jail on Thursday. Each man was charged with state-jail theft of a firearm and Class B theft between $50 and $500. Driver was also charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, a misdemeanor traffic charge.

Capt. Alton Lenderman with the Angelina County Sheriff's Office said that they believe the trio ha been involved in 20 to 30 car burglaries. Lenderman said the three men had numerous stolen items, including guns, with them in the car.
