LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - An Angelina County grand jury no-billed a 28-year-old Lufkin man who was accused of molesting a 3-year-old child about eight years ago.
McStarling Alexander was originally charged with first-degree felony sexual assault of a child.
According to an arrest affidavit, a woman told an Angelina County Sheriff's Office deputy that her daughter told her that Alexander sexually assaulted her in 2006.
A forensic interviewer at Harold's House interviewed the then-11-year-old girl on Oct. 20, 2014. The girl explained Alexander sexually assaulted her several times when she was three years old.
On Oct. 21, 2014, an investigator interviewed Alexander, who gave a polygraph exam, which showed he was deceptive, according to the affidavit.
