Local law enforcement isn't letting up on litter offenders.
A Nacogdoches County couple has been charged with illegal dumping and will have to face a judge.
The two are accused of turning a creek in the Southeast part of Nacogdoches County into a dump. The suspects were identified by several pieces of mail and pictures that were found in the trash.
The couple has been served with citation papers and will go before a judge Thursday morning. They are facing a $500 fine and could be ordered to clean.
