Accused Bank Robber's Trial Delayed Again

Forty year old Michael Ellis was supposed to have his day in court Tuesday. Instead, his trial is now set for February 22nd in Beaumont.  Ellis is accused of walking into Hibernia Bank on South First Street in Lufkin with a note demanding money and claiming he had a bomb.  Police arrested him just eight minutes after the robbery.

If convicted, Ellis faces up to 25 years in prison.
