ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Deputies with the Angelina County Sheriff's Office arrested a Lufkin woman after reporting she bit a nine-year-old boy on the foot because he would not get out of her seat while he was watching wrestling.
Sarah Anne Bray, 22, is charged with injury to a child.
According to the report, deputies responded to the 400 block of Fair Oaks Circle at 8:23 p.m. When they arrived, they were met by the boy and his mother. The mother said she had gone to the store and when she came back, her brother told her Bray had assaulted the boy.
The mother showed the deputy injuries under the boy's right arm and on his right foot, according to the report.
The report states the boy's grandmother came out and told deputies that Bray was upset at the boy because he was sitting in her seat watching wrestling and would not get up. When she tried to get him to, he started kicking at her and that is when she bit his right foot, according to the report.
The deputy placed Bray under arrest and on the way to the patrol car, he said he asked her if she knew she should not have assaulted the boy and she said, "he shouldn't have kicked me."
Her bond has not yet been set.
