Police Chief Retirement Party

Nacogdoches Police Chief Bill Lujan will no longer be concerned with criminal activity. He's now officially retired. The milestone was recognized Friday afternoon at a retirement reception.

Old photos of his 30 years in law enforcement provided some entertainment for guests. Lujan is looking forward to spending time with his grandkids, but says there are some things he will miss about work.

Lujan has been chief for five years, but has served the department for 26.
