ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - A 39-year-old Huntington woman who touched a 15-year-old boy inappropriately at a party in December of 2013 is back behind bars after an Angelina County constable arrested her at the Country Club on US Highway 69 South on Easter Sunday.
Janna Michelle Johnson is still being held in the Angelina County Jail on a state-jail felony revocation of probation charge in connection to her original indecency with a child by sexual contact charge. No bail amount has been set at this time.
Pct. 1 Constable Tom Selman said an acquaintance of Johnson's called in a tip that she was "clubbing" and gave a location. Selman said he found that Johnson had an outstanding revocation of probation warrant for failing to report a change of address and not reporting to her probation officer.
In September 2014, Johnson accepted a plea bargain deal which included a 173 day-stint in the county jail and 10 years of probation in exchange for pleading guilty to a second-degree felony indecency with a child by sexual contact charge.
According to the arrest affidavit for Johnson's initial charge, she committed the crime during a party she threw that involved several teenagers.
The Angelina County Sheriff's Office was contacted by a homeowner on Parker Street, who said while he was out of town on Dec. 21, Johnson held a party at his house.
The homeowner said there were several teenagers at the party and that one 15-year-old boy told him that Johnson got in bed with him and touched him inappropriately.
Investigators interviewed the alleged victim, as well as the other teenagers who were at the party, who gave consistent statements to the claims.
