NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - Last year's "How-To-Festival" at the Nacogdoches Public Library was so popular that there will be another on Saturday.
All sorts of skills will be taught, including how to roast coffee, how to hula-hoop and jump on a pogo stick, and how to make natural beauty and cleaning products.
The free event is geared for the entire family.
"The overall focus is that we know we have community members who have a lot of know-how, a lot to share with the rest of the community, but there's not really a place to do it. And so it's really focused on community based education" said Crystal Hick, the assistant director of the Nacogdoches Public Library.
"The How-To Festival" is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Judy B. McDonald Public Library in Nacogdoches. The event is free.
