It's been about two-and-a-half years since Stanford Jones set fires to several buildings in North Lufkin and Thursday he will learn his punishment for it.
After the trial, Jones opted to have District Judge Inselmann determine his sentence. The judge is expected to hand down that decision today.
The jury found Jones guilty of setting three of the fires, but he was originally given six charges. The fires occurred between November 13 and 15 of 2012. That hearing starts at 10 a.m.
