Marble slab at 2425 North Street: 16 demerits for pans stored on floor, debris in drain area needed to be disposed, hand wash sink not kept empty and clear of debris and food, paper towels not provided for hand wash sink, toxic items not labeled or stored properly, three utensils needed to be replaced, manager not food protection management-certified, vents not kept clean, floors, counters, and coolers not kept clean and swept, and establishment not clean before closing.

Don Juan at 3226 Center Highway: 13 demerits for milk at wrong temperature, proper storage needed for foods in cooler, back flow preventer needed for outside water hose, and dumpster missing lid.

Little Caesar's at 1505 North Street: 6 demerits for visible thermometer needed for prep cooler, two spatulas needed to be replaced, and entries and exits not weather-proofed, and vents not kept clean.

Jack in the Box at 2015 North Street: 5 demerits for eggs at wrong temperature and weather stripping needed for back door.

South Street Chevron at 3325 South Street: 4 demerits for pre-packaged products needed to be discarded, milk not stored at least six inches off the cooler floor, and water-damaged ceiling tiles needed to be replaced.

McDonald's-University Drive at 3120 University Drive: 3 demerits for caps needed on several bottles of cleaning solution and missing or water-damaged ceiling tiles needed to be replaced.
