Hundreds packed the Nacogdoches Expo Center Thursday to have a taste of East Texas's best local cuisine.

Vendors from all over Nacogdoches displayed their food for free to benefit this year's Nacogdoches Heritage Festival. The Taste of Nacogdoches is one of several events throughout the week that leads up to the grand finale- the Coronation and Ball, that will be held Saturday, June 13 .Stephanie Stephens, Co-Chair of the Nacogdoches Heritage Festival said what we can expect to see from this Saturday's events.

“It's a great chance to see some beautiful young ladies who worked very hard this year, and to support historical properties here in Nacogdoches,” said Stephens.

The Nacogdoches County Heritage coronation and ball will be held this Saturday starting at 6P-M at SFA's Turner Auditorium.

Tickets for this event are still available for $30 at M&S Pharmacy, CVB, Chamber Office.
