Report: Lufkin man broke neighbor's window, started screaming he was president, Jesus

ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Deputies with the Angelina County Sheriff's Office and a constable arrested a 37-year-old man who allegedly broke out a neighbor's window and started screaming that he was the president and Jesus Thursday.

Gideon Chance Alcantar, of Lufkin, is still being held in the Angelina County Jail on a state-jail felony criminal mischief between $1,500 and $20,000 charge. Collectively, his bail amount has been set at $5,500.

According to the ACSO activity report, deputies and Pct. 3 Constable Chad Wilson responded to a disturbance call in the 100 block of Otteson Thursday night. Alcantar allegedly broke out a window at a neighbor's residence, started acting aggressively, and screamed that he was the president and Jesus.

"Subject appeared intoxicated on some unknown substance," the activity report stated.
