GRAPELAND, TX (KTRE) - An officer with the Grapeland Police Department arrested 35-year-old Tyler man in Wednesday in regard to allegations that he sexually assaulted an underage girl and molested an underage boy at a residence in the town.
Edward Dwaine Justice was arrested and charged with two felony charges - sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by sexual contact. No bail amount was available.
According to the arrest affidavit, a Grapeland Police officer attended a forensic interview of the boy on June 19. During the interview, the boy explained in detail how Justice had molested him.
When the Grapeland PD officer interviewed Justice at the Houston County Sheriff's Office Friday, Justice allegedly admitted to molesting the boy. In addition, he admitted to performing sexual acts with the girl "on two or three separate occasions," the affidavit stated.
