Restaurant Report - Lufkin - 02/17/05

Chick-fil-A in the Lufkin Mall got 11 demerits.  The reason: the restaurant needs food handler's certificates for its employees.  The floor needs cleaning and so does some of the equipment inside the restaurant.  Chick-fil-A also needs chemical test strips.

China Buffet on North Timberland in Lufkin got seven demerits for storing food in the cooler and freezer uncovered.  The restaurant also stored food containers on the floor.

Rancho Grande on Timberland in Lufkin got 11 demerits.  The manager needs to be certified; employees need food handler's certificates and there were no towels at the handsink.

A perfect score of "zero" demerits went to Fuller's Buffet in Lufkin.
