According to the arrest affidavit, when Faustino Villela talked to an ACSO investigator, he admitted to exposing himself to two little girls, ages 3 and 4 back in January or February.

According to the arrest affidavit, Villela called Angelina County 911 at about 3:40 a.m. Monday and told them that he wanted to turn himself in because he had multiple outstanding warrants. He told the dispatcher that he had been in a hit-and-run accident in Lufkin a few days before that.

When the deputies went to meet Villela in the 9000 block US Highway 69 and started talking to him about the alleged hit-and-run accident, he told one of them that he had more things he wanted to talk about. After the deputy asked for a little clarification, Villela said, “Bad things,” the affidavit stated.

The deputy asked Villela if he would be willing to talk to an investigator, and he said yes, the affidavit stated. According to the affidavit, Villela told the investigator that he had exposed himself to two little girls, ages 3 and 4.

During the interview, Villela allegedly admitted to exposing himself to the 3-year-old girl while she was eating in her high chair. He said he was aroused walked over to her high chair while was wearing only a T-shirt, but did not touch her, the affidavit stated. He then went into the bedroom and masturbated.

Villela also spoke to the ACSO investigator about a second incident. He said he was in another room when he heard the 4-year-old girl crying in the front room. At that point, Villela went out wearing just a T-shirt, and when the girl saw him, she became more “hysterical and upset,” the affidavit stated.

Villela allegedly told the deputy that he went back to his room, closed the door, and masturbated. According to the affidavit, he told the investigator that he enjoyed seeing the surprised look on the girl's face.
