After some time out of the league, Josh Aubrey trained this offseason with faith that he'd get another shot at the NFL. Those prayers were answered for the former Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack Thursday.
Aubrey has now officially signed with the Tennessee Titans.
The team was able to make room for him when they waived rookie safety Cody Prewitt because of injury.
This will be Aubrey's third year in the league where he has bounced around. The Tyler native played six games as a rookie with the Cleveland Browns in 2013, and played two games last year as a Houston Texan.
Aubrey was a four-year starter and four-time all-conference selection during his time at SFA.
