3 arrested for conspiring to steal parts from business

The Nacogdoches County Sheriff Office arrested three male suspects from Nacogdoches, Texas for engaging in organized criminal activity Friday morning. Sheriff Jason Bridges stated that the sheriff office received a complainant from a business located on Highway 59 south of employees stealing. After conducting an investigation into the employees, the sheriff office was able to identify three employees that were stealing items from the business.

On Friday morning, the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office obtained warrants for Ricardo Valdez, 20, Hector Adrian Merino, 29 and Ismael Guevara, 28. All three subjects worked at different parts of the business and were conspiring to steal parts from the business. All subjects were arrested at their workplace and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity a 3rd felony.
