LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - An Angelina County grand jury has issued a no-bill to a Huntington man previously accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend's clothes because he was upset about their break-up.
Tanner Anson Richardson, 19, was previously charged with state-jail felony criminal mischief. The no-bill means the charge against him will be dropped.
Richardson was arrested in early August after his girlfriend said she went to Richardson's house to pick up her clothing and found several 22-caliber spent shell casings on top of it. She said she also notices several oval-shaped holes and she said they were name-brand and estimated the value of the damage at $2,000.
