TRINITY, TX (KTRE) - Officers with the Trinity Police Department arrested a 26-year-old Nacogdoches woman Wednesday after her child allegedly tested positive for methamphetamines.
Trinity Police Chief Steve Jones said that during the course of an ongoing investigation, they learned Lauren Alexander was using meth. He said her child also tested positive for meth.
Alexander was arrested and charged with felony child endangerment. Jones said she has since posted a $5,000 bail and has been released from jail.
