CROCKETT, TX (KTRE) -

A Houston County grand jury has indicted a 35-year-old Tyler man who is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl and molesting a young boy at a residence in Grapeland back in June.

Edward Dwaine Justice was indicted on two felony charges - sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. He was among the 19 people indicted on Sept. 21.

According to the arrest affidavit, a Grapeland Police officer attended a forensic interview of the boy on June 19. During the interview, the boy explained in detail how Justice had molested him.

When the Grapeland PD officer interviewed Justice at the Houston County Sheriff’s Office Friday, Justice allegedly admitted to molesting the boy. In addition, he admitted to performing sexual acts with the girl “on two or three separate occasions,” the affidavit stated.
