LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - An Angelina County grand jury has indicted a Lufkin man already charged in the drowning death of a 3-year-old boy.
With the indictment, the bail bond for Bobby Woods Jr., 17, is set for $1 million.
Investigators believe Woods pushed 3-year-old Mason Cuttler into a pond near their home on Aug. 17 and watched him as he began to drown and turned his back to him, making no attempt to rescue him, despite Mason's cries for help.
Woods is a member of three families who lived in the house with Mason.
Woods was arrested on Aug. 28.
