SAN AUGUSTINE COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - DPS officers have arrested a San Augustine man accused of selling meth to an undercover officer.
Brandon O'Shields, 23, is charged with first-degree deliver of a controlled substance.
According to San Augustine County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Gary Cunningham, troopers arrested O'Shields Thursday evening.
Cunningham said O'Shields sold meth to an undercover officer.
O'Shields had been out on bond on a charge of first-degree felony charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl.
