SABINE COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Deputies with the Sabine County Sheriff's Office arrested a 22-year-old Hemphill man on Oct. 9 in connection to allegations that he bought beer and wine for an underage girl and her friends and then sexually assaulted her.
Alexander Drake White was arrested and charged with felony aggravated sexual assault of a child.
According to the arrest affidavit, a Sabine County Sheriff's Office deputy met with the alleged victim at the Harold's House East Texas Alliance for Children on June 23, where a forensic interview was conducted.
During the interview, the underage girl said that White and two other men bought beer and wine for her and her friends. The girl, who is under the age of 14, told the interviewer that after she had been drinking, she and White had sex, the affidavit stated.
The alleged victim told the interviewer that she told White that it hurt, and that after he told her it would be OK, he continued to have intercourse with her, the affidavit stated. Later, the alleged victim told White to stop, and he did, the affidavit stated.
