LIVINGSTON, TX (KTRE) - Following a seven-month closure, the Walmart location in Livingston is scheduled to re-open Friday.
The store closed in April for plumbing repairs, displacing 400 employees.
"We have heard from many in the community that they are eager to shop at our store once again," said Anne Hatfield, a Walmart spokeswoman. "All the repairs are complete and we made extensive upgrades and renovations throughout the store that better reflects the shopping experience our customers now want."
The store will open Friday at 8 a.m., Hatfield said.
