An aggravated assault trial was dismissed after the victim was unable to identify the person who allegedly shot at her.
The victim, Peggy Miller, says she thinks her nephew shot at her back in August.
27-year-old Adam Wallace was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Miller says she went to Wallace's home late to pick up a phone, when she was getting back in her car there were gunshots fired.
But, in court, she was unable to identify the shooter. The judge granted a motion for a directed verdict and the case was dismissed.
