Two-legged puppy Tumbles receives 3D-printed wheelchair

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - His name is Tumbles, a terrier born without his two front legs.

But thanks to volunteers at an Ohio shelter puppy -- he's now got a tiny wheelchair made by a 3D printer at Ohio University.

Tumbles new 'sled' -- as it's being called -- allows him to lie on the breast-plate. His back legs will push the wheels in front. Tumbles recently had his first fitting for the wheelchair -- it didn't go so well. But his caretakers say he'll keep trying to use it.
