Texas Department of Transportation is delivering an important reminder from Santa if you want to stay on his nice list this year.
As part of their "End the Streak" campaign, TxDOT's Lufkin district sat Old St. Nick atop a 1951 road grader to remind people not to drink and drive.
The campaign is a push to lessen the number of roadway fatalities in the state of Texas. Intoxicated driving was one of the top three causes of fatalities according to TxDOT officials.
As the sign says, Santa is coming to town, and you wouldn't want to hit him!
