Little Mexico at 4600 S. Medford: 4 demerits wiping cloths not stored clean and dry, leak in walk-in cooler needed to be replaced, knives on rack not clean, disposable towels not used to turn off hand sinks and open restroom door after hand washing, first-aid kit needed, personal items not stored in separate area, and lids needed for personal drinks.

Granny’s Fudgery at 4600 S. Medford: 0 demerits.
