NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Deputies with the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office arrested a Diboll man for bootlegging moonshine Wednesday afternoon after a traffic stop on US Highway 59 South.
Michael Swank, 40, was arrested and charged with prohibited illicit beverages, which is a Class B misdemeanor.
According to a press release, NCSO deputies stopped a Ford pickup on Highway 59 South because of a seatbelt violation. After they spoke with the driver and passenger in the truck, the deputies became suspicious and got permission to search the vehicle.
