Dallas Cowboys coaching staff invited to Senior Bowl

DALLAS, TX -

There are positives and negatives when it comes to coaching the Senior Bowl.

The negative is that you have to have the lowest winning record in the NFL. Your coaching staff must also been intact.

The positive is that you get to work hands-on with the upcoming talent entering the 2016 NFL Draft.

The Cowboys coaching staff went from coaching the Pro Bowl in 2014 with their 12-4 finish, to coaching the Senior Bowl the following year with their 4-12 record.

There have been coaching changes within the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns so that eliminates them from coaching the Senior Bowl with their losing records. Up next were the Dallas Cowboys and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jacksonville finished with a 5-11 record.

The Senior Bowl will be hosted in Mobile, Alabama. It begins the week of January 25 and the game will be January 30.
