Tyrone Crawford will have surgery Thursday. The defensive tackle will have the torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder repaired.
Despite Crawford suffering the injury in Week 2 against the Eagles, he didn’t miss a single game all season.
Crawford even managed to rack up a career high of 44 tackles and five sacks with two tackles for loss, 27 quarterback pressures and one pass deflection.
The franchise has hopes that this surgery will allow him to participate in their offseason program beginning in April, at least on a limited basis as he goes through rehab.
Crawford signed a five-year, $45 million contract extension this past September.
