HUNTINGTON, TX (KTRE) -

Huntington ISD's superintendent confirmed Friday afternoon that they are in the process of busing students to Red Devil Stadium in response to a bomb threat someone wrote on a bathroom wall.

Huntington ISD Superintendent David Flowers said that he believes the threat is a hoax.

"We don't think it is credible, but we are concerned about the safety of the students, so we have bused the them to where it is safe," Flowers said.

Flowers said the district has a company they contract with that has a bomb-sniffing dog on its way.

"We will sweep the school, and once it is safe, we will let the students back in," Flowers said.
