A grand jury indicted a Lufkin man accused of killing his ex-wife during a domestic dispute.
Police charged Jimmy Davis with murder. He's accused of shooting Sheila Buggs Davis earlier this month during a fight. Davis reportedly shot his former wife in front of her daughter, granddaughter and niece. None of them were hurt during the incident.
A grand jury also indicted a man accused of mowing down five people in a Lufkin parking lot on Superbowl Sunday.
Twenty-one year-old Marco David Guzman is charged with murder and four counts of aggravated assault. Police say the Detroit man raced through the parking lot of the Sports Shack and plowed into three people, before driving to the parking lot next door and running over two others.
