POLK COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Deputies with the Polk County Sheriff's office arrested a 17-year-old Woodville woman Monday after they executed a search warrant on a cabin in the 1100 block of FM 3277 and allegedly found her and her 3-year-old child in a bed with meth-filled syringes and other containers nearby.
Danielle Ray Fuller was arrested and charged with endangering a child, which is a felony. She has since been released from the Polk County Jail.
According to the arrest affidavit, PCSO deputies executed a search warrant on a cabin in the 1100 block of FM 3277 near Livingston.
The deputies found Fuller in a bed with her 3-year-old child. Further investigation revealed that there were several used syringes and one full syringe containing methamphetamine in a pillow case on the bed that was within easy reach of the child, the affidavit stated. Several containers with crystal meth were also found in the bed, according to the affidavit.
Fuller allegedly told the deputy who obtained the arrest warrant that she and her child had been sleeping in the bed.
In the affidavit, the deputy stated that it is not possible for Fuller to be unaware of what was in the bed with her and her child.
