Disaster Runs Gas Prices Up

The explosion in Texas City could affect prices at the gas pump. The 'B-P Refinery' processes about 3% of the total 'crude oil supply' in the U.S.

Gasoline futures prices shot up by nearly two cents a gallon after the explosion happened. Those prices are now starting to move 'back down' a bit.

Analysts say that should mean only a slight rise in retail gas prices.
