SAN AUGUSTINE COUNTY (News Release) - Gregg Edward Dowd was murdered February 21 outside his business in western San Augustine County and Crime Stoppers is offering to double the reward for the anonymous tip that leads to the murderer's arrest.

Around 1:00 a.m. that Sunday, San Augustine County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Dowd's game room, located on State Highway 21 West at County Road 254, and found Dowd, a 54-year-old white male, deceased in the parking lot.
