NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - A four month undercover investigation by Nacogdoches Precinct 4 Constable David Stone has resulted in the arrest of three individuals on various drug charges.
According to Stone, the arrest came in a warrant sweep Wednesday afternoon.
The first person arrested was 22 year-old Kenneth Folsom of Nacogdoches. According to Stone, Folsom was arrested for a felony charge of delivery of marijuana. Stone said while serving the warrant, he was allowed to search the apartment in the 200 block of W. Austin, they discovered Folsom was growing marijuana inside his apartment.
The second person arrested was 29 year-old Marcus Murphy of Nacogdoches. Stone said Murphy is being charged with a state jail felony delivery of marijuana and a misdemeanor A charge for delivery of marijuana.
Stone said the final person arrested in the investigation was 36 year-old Wendy Cline of Garrison. Stone stated that Cline was initially charged with a state jail felony and felony 3 for delivery of a controlled substance. Stone said when the team served the warrants to Cline, they found more meth in the house located in the 400 block of south C Ave. in Garrison. Stone said an additional 5 grams of meth was found on Cline when she was booked into the Nacogdoches County jail.
No bonds have been set for the three individuals yet.
"I would also like to give credit to and thank the Nacogdoches Precinct 1 Constable office as well as officers with Garrison PD for the help they gave us," Stone said.
Stone said the evidence is still being processed and the investigation is still ongoing.
